burpsuite CA site not loaded

i am reading the guide 'Installing Burp's CA Certificate in an Android Device' https://portswigger.net/support/installing-burp-suites-ca-certificate-in-an-android-device this website http://burpsuite does not load. how do i download the CA cert and store it in my android phone?

Hi Jy,

Do you have Burp open and the proxy listener running before you attempt to access http://burpsuite? Have you configured the proxy in the network settings of your device? What version of Android are you running?

At windows 10 burp is running, new proxy 8082 added. at android device, I was thought I need the CA cert then only android device can communicate with windows 10 burp. thats the point i stuck that from the guide, mentioned to download CA cert at windows 10 browser first? so I was wrong? let me know what cert am I need to install at android device.

anyway at windows10 burp i export the cert and copy to phone.
