burp unable to report simple issues

hello everyone, I have been observing since 3-4 previous releases of the burpsuite pro-active scan script. I been ignoring the performance and issues been reported by the tool but recently, first without burp i found an open redirection issue, for for testing the burp - i sent the request to burp and performed an active scan , it was shocking how burp did not reported any open redirection issue rather than raised 'found input reflected-informative' issue, hence today i decided to share it with the forum, earlier release of burp were effective as they did reported issues, but nowadays- i cannot say anything, cannot not actually trust the scanner only. please check if any improvements can be made with active scan and issues reporting dictionary, tested on burpsuite pro 22.9.4 > https://redactedforsecurity.com///redirectedsite.com > redirects to https://redirectedsite.com but burp couldn't raise the issue and or report it. thank you
