Burp text is kind of akward using i3wm and xorg

Hello, I'm experiencing some really annoying font dpi problems with the application, they are really making the experience with burp unbearable, I am using i3wm and, as you can see on the screenshot, the text is all fuzzy and I didn't manage to fix it yet, I tried changing the font family/size but it didn't fix the problem, here's a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/8F4XwEv Could you please help me finding a solution? I already tried both the standalone jar and the package published inside the arch repository but both of them had this problem, oh and I'm using java 10.0.2 Best Regards

Could you try updating to the latest version of Burp 2 Beta and OpenJDK?

Sorry for the really late response but I didn't get any reply message on my email. I tried downloading the latest burp suite community edition (v1.7.36) finding out that this was the version I have been using all this time, version 2 is only for professional users, and I'm already using OpenJDK (tried downloading different versions but the problem persists). I have noticed that it only occurs with text, the logo image doesn't seem blurred, I tried changing font but with no luck, it's probably some kind of dpi scaling on text that is really annoying. Do you have any advice? Thanks in advance and sorry for the response taking so long

Is there a way to disable Java scaling on your machine? If so, could you try that and let us know if it helps. Alternatively, you could try downgrading your Java version.

Hi, little late to the party. One can fix font anti-aliasing issue with BurpSuite in i3wm by adding the following line in /etc/environment file. _JAVA_OPTIONS='-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on' For more info: https://www.reddit.com/r/i3wm/comments/4f1erq/no_font_antialiasing_in_java_applications_when/ https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Java_Runtime_Environment_fonts
