Burp Suite Pro Trial License Not Receiving Up in Email

Hi, Recently I downloaded and installed Burp Suite Pro Trail but the email I gave at the time of downloading did not show any license key. Please assist

Hi Zohaib, Can you clarify which email address you used to request your trial license? Is it the one that you are using to post this message?

The email which I used to request the trial license was cs320172011@kust.edu.pk

Hi Zohaib, Your trial request was approved earlier today so you should have received an email from us (sent to the email address you signed up with) with steps on how to access your new user account on our portswigger.net website. We distribute our licenses via the user accounts on our website so you would need to login to your account in order to obtain the trial license key.

Hi Ben, Does the user account refer to the account from which I am posting this post or the account which I mentioned when I downloaded the burp suit pro? Because as of now I did not receive it. If you mean by the user account the email from which I downloaded the burp then do I need to create an account from that email id again and then sign up to port swigger to access the key?

Hi Zohaib, The email account from which you made the trial request (cs320172011@kust.edu.pk) will be the one that your license has been created under (a new account will have been created for you). Have you checked your junk/spam folders as our emails have been known to make their way into there. If it is easier for you, I can transfer the license key from the new .kust.edu.pk user account to the gmail.com account that you are using to post this forum message - that way you can probably obtain it more easily. Please let me know if you would like me to do this?

Hi Ben, Yes, please. If you can transfer/mail the license file to my Gmail account i.e. zohaibislamia@gmail.com then it would be easier for me to access. I checked my spam/junk of that kust.edu.pk email but couldn't find any.
