Burp suite enterprise not responding after offline upgrade

Using offline upgrade exe downloaded from portswigger and uploaded from the admin portal, we tried to update burp suite enterprise from 2021.x to 2023.7. But after this action the services for burp suite enterprise is got down and the application is not responding. Tried to manually trigger the service but it is giving an error "windows could not start the burp suite enterprise_enterprise edition service on Local computer". Is there any way to fix or revert back the changes made without going through fresh installation.

So we can investigate what has caused this issue, please email us at support@portswigger.net and attach your Support Pack for this deployment. As it sounds like your deployment is not accessible at the moment, please retrieve these logs locally from your Enterprise Server Machine. By default, these are in C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/ on Linux. Please compress all .log files from this directory and attach this to your response.

Exactly which log file you want. I can see multiple log files in this path.

Thank you for letting me know. To best investigate your issue, we require all the .log files in your logging directory, with the exception of any scan logs. Please compress all .log files from this directory and send this to support@portswigger.net
