Burp Suite enterprise edition - Scanners are getting deleted automatically

Hello Burp Support team, Currently, I'm using Burp Suite enterprise edition - when I schedule scans in the night hours, we are observing that Burp Scanners are getting deleted automatically from Burp Server. We have tried this scenario 3 times and received the same issue. Is there any configuration, I'm missing, please send us steps to check and fix the issue.

Thanks for your message.

The agents in the (Settings > Agents) page are getting deleted, is that correct?

Is there anything in your environment, such as anti-virus, firewall or other security software that could be causing this?

Please can you send the below in an email to support@portswigger.net

Support Pack logs ("?" help menu > Support Pack > Set max date range > Download)

Agent logs if available (Settings > Agents > Click on the agent > Download logs)
