Burp Suite Enterprise - Create a Site with referrals to other URLs

We recently purchased Enterprise and I have noticed that Burp only scans the initial site that contains the SSO / authentication, then stops. I have then put the URLs into the site URL section that the page refers the user to, however, that new page uses the cookies from the last site for authentication. and when Enterprise goes to the new URL it doesn't use the auth cookie from the last site. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Michael Fry

Hi Michael It would be good to understand a little bit more about the site you are scanning, the login page, and the scan configurations you are using. If you prefer you can email us using support@portswigger.net so you can share more detailed information directly. Is the login page use JavaScript? Is this a site that you've previously been able to scan using Burp Suite Professional or have you only used Burp Suite Enterprise?
