Burp Suite cannot access certain webpage

Hi, I am using Burp Suite Professional Edition and encountering an issue when trying to access my HackerOne account through Burp as a proxy (using either firefox or chrome). Whenever I attempt to access a webpage that requires login, the page hangs. Checking the browser console shows that the backend GraphQL request to the HackerOne website returns a 403 error, which I suspect is causing the page to hang. I am confident that Burp Suite is causing this issue because accessing the webpage without the proxy or using ZAP does not lead to this problem. I have checked the troubleshooting page and various forums but have not found a solution. Could you please advise if there are any settings or configurations I need to change to resolve this problem?
