Burp Services Are Down

Jonathan | Last updated: May 26, 2020 01:35PM UTC

Hello there, Our burp enterprise service is down since last week due to host patching and reboot. Consequently, burp is down and we need to get it up asap so that we can continue scanning our sites. Is there a way to restart the services? Thanks

Hi Jonathan, What operating system are you running Burp Enterprise on? Rebooting the server that Burp Enterprise is running on should bring the services back up.

Also what is the best way and process to perform server patching and kernel update without interrupting burp enterprise services.

Jonathan | Last updated: May 26, 2020 05:48PM UTC

The server is RHEL7. We rebooted but they did not come back.
