Burp Scanner stuck

Hi, I have just stated an unauthenticated scan for one of our website which is accessible through internal VPN only. since last more than 1 hour, I can see that Burp has got stuck on " Unauthenticated crawl. Estimating time remaining". It only shows 2 requests (0 errors). I have various Burp extender tabs. HOw long should I wait? Thanks Amit

it is approximately now 2 hours. still the problem remains same. can someone help me?

Hi Amit, This sounds like it could be a network issue. Does the issue persist if you scan https://portswigger-labs.net? How have you configured your URLs to Scan? Is the site available on HTTP and HTTPS?
