Burp Proxy Timeout

Hello! I met with the problem, where all requests after going through Burp proxy are timeouted, but when I do not use Burp proxy it works in the correct way. I should also mention, that the computer is connected to the internal. The web application uses AzureAD to authenticate and authorize its users. The normal behavior of application: - when we send it a simple GET "/" request, it responds with a redirect to login.microsoft and a common process of authentication takes place. However, when we proxy requests via burp to web application, it always timeouts. What do you recommend to do in order to debug it?

Hi Can you send an email to support@portswigger.net with some screenshots of what you see when you try to access the site in Burp? - Do you see any errors in the Event Log on Burp's Dashboard? - Are you able to access other sites when proxied via Burp? - When you access the site directly, is your browser set to use a proxy server?
