Burp Pro logs to help with troubleshooting?

Hi everyone I have the Burp Pro client installed on a Windows 10 laptop. Recently I've encountered the following, 1. I'm unable to access the BAppStore to add or refresh extensions. I get the standard "Refresh failed" error. 2. I'm unable to upgrade the client. When "Checking For Updates" it just sits there forever. I've checked my local network and found no issues. Are there local Burp Pro logs that I can look at which will tell me what's going on under the hood when I try to access the BAppStore or get updates?
