Burp not working with IOS 13

Hello guys , I had burp working with my iphone a while ago to intercept traffic. However I updated recently to ios 13 and tried to intercept traffic and it did not work. When I enable the proxy in settings on the iphone , i can't even get to the http://burp page to get the cert. Any help with this? I already tried a different iPhone that was on a lower IOS and it does not work. Burp works on my browser just not on IOS.

Which version of iOS 13 are you using? You mentioned a lower version of iOS, which version is this?
