Burp is asking for credentials for every request how do I get it to accept the credentials the first time

When I access the application I am trying to scan with the pro version, for every request the page load makes Burp is prompting for credentials. How do I get Burp to keep/pass the initial entry of the credentials? In advance, thanks for your help! Glenda

Could you email support@portswigger.net with some details on the type of authentication your site uses and screenshots of what you see during the scan so we can take a closer look, please? What type of scan are you performing?
