It last until we restart the burp And yes this happens everytime I use request smuggling

Hi, HTTP Request Smuggler uses Turbo Intruder and there has been a bug reported for extension that causes the UI to lock when you have the .NET Beautifier extension loaded: https://github.com/PortSwigger/turbo-intruder/issues/55 Are you able to remove the .NET Beautifier extension and see if this improves things for you?
