Burp Enterprise vs Burp pro

Hello, We've noticed differences in testing results between Burp Enterprise and Burp Professional. May you share any documentation or reasons for the differences? Does Burp pro use a newer engine than Burp Enterprise? Fabio

Hi Fabio, Both Burp Professional and Burp Enterprise use the same scanning component so, given the same scan configurations and websites the results should be the same. Some things to check are: -Are you using the most up to date versions of Professional and Enterprise (both editions are currently version 2020.2) -Is your Burp Professional instance using any extensions -Are you using the same scan configuration to conduct the scans on both editions -Are you creating a new project when performing scans using Burp Professional. In addition to this, are you able to send an email to support@portswigger.net with your scan reports attached so that we can investigate this further for you? If this is possible, then please feel free to answer the above questions in that email.
