Burp Enterprise services won't start after install

When I install Burpsuite Enterprise or an agent, de services are created, but can't be started. Nor by the installer or manually afterwards. Instead there is a faillure like: # systemctl status burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent.service ● burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent.service - burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Mon 2023-01-09 11:17:56 CET; 2h 24min ago Process: 1482399 ExecStart=/.../.../burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent start-launchd (code=exited, status=203/EXEC) Main PID: 1482399 (code=exited, status=203/EXEC) Jan 09 11:17:56 l1212a0031 systemd[1]: Started burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent. Jan 09 11:17:56 l1212a0031 systemd[1]: burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=203/EXEC Jan 09 11:17:56 l1212a0031 systemd[1]: burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'. There is no indication of what there might be missing. When I start the agent manually from the install directory like "/.../.../burpsuiteenterpriseedition_agent start", everything works as expected. However I still can't start the services. Any ideas?

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to see that you are having issues with your installation. Are you having issues with all of the Burp services or just the agent service? When successfully starting the agent manually, are you using the service user specified during the installation (the default user is burpsuite)? So I can investigate further, can you please email support@portswigger.net with the following: - Details of the OS you are using - The version of the Burp Suite Enterprise Edition installer used - A copy of the installation log from the installation directory (<installation directory>/.install4j/installation.log - A copy of the logs from /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/
