BURP Enterprise Agent issue while trying to perform BURP Scans via api

We are trying to use BURP API to perform BURP Scans as we are automating burp scans via jenkins. We are getting agent issue while trying to trigger scan. Below is the error message: Unable to dispatch the request to agents. It is able to use the same agents while performing scan without using api. This was working from api also earlier. After the software upgrade we are facing this issue. We created one more agent and tried. Getting same issue. Can you please suggest the resolution for this.
