Burp does not crawl and scan after post authentication page

Hi Team, We are unable to perform the scan of our application completely either from enterprise edition and professional version even though we added the credentials (using both techniques by recording and by adding it manual) .It does not crawl after authentication and that's why we are unable perform the scan also. Kindly assist as soon as possible Thanks & Regards Shivangi
