Burp Crash after open any project file

Dear Team, This week, I encountered the problem of that Burp crash when I open any project file (even a temporary one). You can see the video for the behavior: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fpQ915EmzGUJKBtaSNG63xBs-l4x8fO1/view?usp=sharing I use BurpSuite Professional. For the OS, I use Kali Linux on Virtual Box. For the Java version, I have tested on 3 versions Java 17,11, and 8 but still encounter the same error. I have tried so far these methods: - Run Burp with all extensions disabled. - Update to the lasted Burp version. - apt update && apt get dist upgrade Kali Linux. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for your message. To help us investigate this issue, we have a few more questions. If you download the JAR file and launch Burp from the CLI (https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/desktop/getting-started/launch-from-command-line), do you see the same issue? Do you still have the pre-installed version of Burp Suite Community on your machine? If so, does this display the same issue when you try to launch it? In the video, the Burp process looks like it might still be running. If you right-click and try to maximize the application, what happens?
