Burp Collaborator can't Connect

Someone has the error The capture server hostname c7klv47kjxdhx7bg32grw89gp7vk93tlxom.burpcollaborator.net could not be resolved to an IP address. Ensure that an appropriate DNS entry exists for the server. No connections to the polling server at polling.burpcollaborator.net could be opened. The collaborator will not work in this configuration. i had a correct dns, i try with a few... but still does't solve de IP.

We communicated with the collaborator, and appeared to successfully record events, however when we attempted to retrieve the interaction records the expected records weren't present. i get that all the time

Same issue. "The capture server hostname xxxx.oastify.com could not be resolved to an IP address. Ensure that an appropriate DNS entry exists for the server. An SMTP connection to the capture server at xxxx.oastify.com port 25 could not be opened. Communication using other protocols did work; possibly a firewall is preventing this connection. The polling server hostname polling.oastify.com could not be resolved to an IP address. Ensure that an appropriate DNS entry exists for the server."
