Burp Agents disconnected.

Hello support, My burp agents are currently disconnected, had to change the database path on the enterprise server. afterwards the agents are not connecting, have attempted de-authorizing, and reinstalling the agents yet they will not connect. Please assist.

Hi, Thank you for your message. Are you agents on an external machine or the same as your Enterprise server? If your agents are on an external machine can you confirm if the agents have access to the new database location? You can find the required network and firewall configuration here: https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/enterprise/infrastructure/firewall-config If they are on the same machine as the Enterprise server, can you please email us at support@portswigger.net with a copy of the Agent log please? You can download the agent log by going to Setting > Agents then clicking on the agent name and selecting Download logs. If you are unable to download the logs then they can be found in the following directories by default: Windows: C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition Linux: /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/
