Hi Ann, Just to confirm, the browser actually launches when you see this alert but you then see a blank browser when you attempt to navigate to any site? Would you happen to have the ESET anti-virus software running on your machine?

My computer install anti-virus is 【Symantec Endpoint Protection】 I stop the anti-virus then retry, it still same question.

Hi Ann, Are you able to provide us with some screenshots of exactly what you are seeing when you launch the browser and attempt to navigate to a site so that we can see exactly what is happening? If it is easier to do this via email then please feel free to send these to support@portswigger.net and we can take a look from there. We have found that you need to whitelist both Burp and the embedded browser in some anti-virus software in order for the browser to function properly (the ESET anti-virus software being the main culprit that we have seen and the user seeing a blank browser is normally indicative of this being the issue, hence the reason for asking).

I also encountered a similar problem. My burpsuite professional version always crashes when I open the built-in browser. Error content: Content : net.portswigger.browser.yh: Timeout expired while waiting for response to invocation: Time out waiting for target to be initialised. Aborting Browser Context creation.
