Bupsuite Enterprise not responding after automatic update

Burpsuite Enterprise tried to upgrade to latest version V2024.3 using automatic update. The burp enterprise portal got down and the application is not responding. Restarted both burpsuite enterprise services, also restarted the portal server and scanner machines. Burpsuite enterprise setup in multi-machine deployment with 5 different scanner machines and external database. Burpsuite enterprise portal was working fine till last friday, it got down during update on saturday morning. How to fix this issue. Can we run the latest burp enterprise setup file to reinstall or any other way to fix this.

Thank you for letting us know about this update failure. We do not recommend running a fresh install straight away to try to remediate this issue. Could you please send us the logs for your deployment so we can investigate the root cause and provide directed remediation advice? By default, these are in C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/ on Linux. Please compress all .log files from this directory and attach this to your email.
