authentication problem

Hello. We are trying to use the burp suite pro to find vulnerabilities in our site. We are using the burpsuite_pro_v2020.12.1.jar version. But apparently the application cannot authenticate on the site. I've tried both "Use login credentials" and "Use recorded login" authentication. I checked that authentication works with javascript disabled (only after authentication the page is not displayed, since this requires javascript, but after enabling it - everything is displayed) How to understand from logs or in another way that the application was able to authenticate? What could be the problem with authentication? how can you find out and fix it?
