Audit the links from the target sitemap

Hi, We bought burp suite recently, and try to scan one of our website. When we do crawl and Audit, it is listing all links in the target site map, when it comes to audit, it is showing below error for all the links? did check externally that website is fine. did I miss any settings? Error: 1602776811253 Error Task 4 [38] Communication error: 10.244.123.35 1602776785346 Debug Task 4 [7] Skipping current scanner check for /WEB123/pageInquiry, request timeout the host is fine, i am able to login physcical server and website also. Hi Prabhakar, The communication error indicates some type of network issue in connectivity to the site. Have you tried specifying a URL instead of an IP address? Do the errors only appear at the audit stage? What happens if you pause and restart the task? Does the request counter halt when you see these errors? If you look at the traffic in Flow or Logger++, is there a pattern in the failing requests?
