Hi, I'm getting this error log each time I run a new scan. I updated to the latest version of Burp. Please check and provide any solution. Thanks for your message. We'd like to check few details with you so we can look into this further. Does this only happen as you launch a new scan? Are the other tools in Burp functioning without issue? Is this happening as soon as you click on the 'New Scan' button or when you have configured the settings and click OK to launch the scan? If you use the JAR file to launch Burp from the CLI (https://portswigger.net/burp/documentation/desktop/getting-started/launching/command-line), do you see the same issue? Can you email the output from Help -> Diagnostics for your installation to support@portswigger.net, please?

I configured the settings and clicked OK to launch the scan. After few minutes of scan progress I'm getting this error log and the app crashes. I haven't used any other option except "New Scan". "If you use the JAR file to launch Burp from the CLI" - Actually I installed it normally from a .dmg file on my Mac.

Thanks for the update. Can you launch Burp and, before starting a new scan, go to the Help menu and choose Diagnostics. This will display information about your installation, if you can email this to support@portswigger.net, please, we will be able to use this alongside the error to help investigate your issue. Also, do you have User Options -> Misc -> Performance Feedback -> 'Submit anonymous feedback about Burp's Performance' enabled?
