Hi Thanks for getting in touch. Is this only affecting scheduled scans or are new scans created via the UI also affected? If you restart the services on the Enterprise Server and Agent, does the problem persist? Could you send a copy of the full logs from the Enterprise and Agent server so we can look through in a bit more detail, please? It would also be good to know the machine specifications (RAM/CPU) of each server. By default the log files are in C:\ProgramData\BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition on Windows and /var/log/BurpSuiteEnterpriseEdition/ on Linux. There is a separate log file for each day, and the current day's log file does not contain a date.
