Another service instead of Collaborator

Hello, The firewall is blocking the domain(oastify.com) where the burp collaborator is. There are open source apps that do the same thing => https://app.interactsh.com But the collaborator gives as follows; https://i.ibb.co/THSKjTM/burp-collaborator.png Why is it giving the SERVER HTTP CONNECTION error? Traffic is coming to the interactsh, but Burp Suite can't detect it as a OOB vulnerability.

The same problem applies to other services. https://requestbin.net Traffic is coming to the Requestbin, but Burp Suite doesn't report the Out-of-Band vulnerabilities.

This is the link with the Out-of-Band vulnerability; http://testphp.vulnweb.com/showimage.php?file= Burp Suite's own Collaborator application finds the OOB vulnerability, but can't find it when it defines other services(requestbin, interactsh etc.) I would appreciate if you write the reason for the error and if you have any solution suggestions.
