Android Request are not intercepted

As i was testing today on my android phone, when changing the proxy of wifi(from nothing to my_laptop_ip_address:8082), i was not able to intercept the request, similarly i was not able to proceed further from app as well as browser. This started happening may be after the update. Initially it was working fine. All the below solution i tried: 1) Checked that both mobile and laptop(mac) network is same. 2) Changed the burp certificate again on mobile. 3) Restarted laptop and mobile. 4) Listening on all interface on port 8082 on burp. Any solution will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Dhirendra, Which update are you referring to? An OS one (i.e. on your Android device) or Burp? Which version of Burp and Android OS are you currently running? Does the issue persist if you use a different network or a different version of Burp? Did you use the steps in the documentation below to get this set up initially? - https://portswigger.net/support/configuring-an-android-device-to-work-with-burp Can you please send some screenshots and diagnostics to support@portswigger.net?

This issue is happening from yesterday only. I have tried all the steps you mentioned.
