Android Apps crashing when trying to capture traffic using burp Suit Community Edition

Hello guys, I am having some issues when trying to capture traffic from an android emulator (NOX PLAYER), I installed the certificate in the system path (/system/etc/security/cacerts),etc etc...my issue comes when I try to capture the traffic, the app crashes or provide an unexpected error. is this normal or I am missing something? burp suite v2022.12.6 Android emulator (nox player) Android version 7.1.2 Root access.

Hi Nelson, Just to clarify, when you say the app crashes or shows unexpected errors are you referring to the Android app that you are trying to test on the emulator or the emulator itself? If it is the Android app that exhibits this behaviour, do you see this behaviour with only one particular app or does it happen for any app that you attempt to proxy traffic from? Finally, are you able to proxy browser traffic successfully on the emulator?

Hi, crash and malfunctions happen on android apps, I am able to capture traffic, but the issue comes for example, when I open an app it doesn't load all the content, or when I try to log in the app does not respond or shows an error stating that something went wrong, etc . Nox player native browser crashes and mozilla firefox shows me ssl error. but i am able to capture some traffic from app.
