Hi Team, I hope you are doing well, I need to test the Android mobile application but BurpSuite is not intercepting the requests, Can you please help me?

Hi, Please, provide a guideline that how we can test the android mobile app, we configured the mobile device to proxy its traffic via Burp Proxy but unfortunately unsuccessful. I hope portswigger team will help us. Thanks

Hi Rehan, With the setup that you have in place, are you able to confirm whether you are successfully able to proxy HTTP and HTTPS traffic from the browser on your mobile device (using http://example.com and https://portswigger.net as example sites that you can use to test this)? If you are indeed able to successfully proxy browser based traffic are you then able to confirm the following: - When you try and proxy traffic from the mobile app, is the app functioning as expected but you are seeing no traffic within Burp? - Or, is the app (or parts of the app) encountering errors when you try and proxy the traffic with your setup?
