An option to update host header when changing target in Repeater

Normally, when I am using the Repeater and I need to change the target host I always need to change the Host header. So, it would be nice to have an option to automatically update the `host` header that is in the Request, when I change the target host.

Hi This isn't something we've had many requests for in the past. When you imagine having the option to update the host header in the request when the target host is changed, how would you imagine that working? For example, would it be an option to click on? Or maybe a default setting? If it were a default setting, what about the times when you do want to change the host header deliberately?
