An hour into my exam, the (first) application quit responding

While I was taking the exam, the first application stopped responding and I could not connect to it at all. My internet connection was fine, I was able to reach other sites with no issues. Furthermore, I was still able to access the second application properly. Due to this issue, there was no chance that I could ever complete the exam. The host was completely unreachable, and I have screenshots and logs. I'd like a refund, or a free attempt.

Hi Isaac, Are you able to email us at support@portswigger.net and include the screenshots and logs. Do you still have the Burp project file that you were using to take the exam? If so, would we be able to get a copy of that as well so that we can fully investigate this issue for you?
