Adding Hotkeys makes the Burp Unopenable

I had added a hotkey for "add to scope" which was "ctrl+DOWN" after adding this the burp worked good but when the next day i try to open burp it didn't run rather it showed an error which was "Failed to create/access project due to duplicate hotkey causing error CTRL+DOWN" whereas ther are no duplicates of this hotkeys elsewhere and it seems this bug was also on previous versions so please fix this bug of hotkeys P.S.:- Overcome this issue by deleting the hotkey in userconfig.json which resides in "C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\BurpSuite\UserConfigCommunity.json"

Hi Thanks for taking the time to get in touch to report this. We have been able to replicate this issue and have raised a bug for it so we can discuss it further with the developers. From our testing this bug only seems to occur when custom shortcuts include keys such as Down or the the Arrow keys.
