Hello, My coworker is working on scan BurpSuite Entreprise in my company. He has create a user account in portswigger but he has no licence key for BurpSuite Entreprise Edition. How to add the licence key to his account ? The same licence key as me. Best regards

Hi Yves,

I can see that you only have 1 server license so you will need to purchase another one if your plan is to set up multiple servers in your environment.

If you would like to add a user to your existing installation, you will need to provide them with the URL you use to access the portal along with their login details. You can create users in Enterprise using 'Teams' (visible when you log in to your Enterprise portal).

If you are trying to deprovision your current installation to allow your colleague to install the server instead, please email us so that we can assist you further.

Thanks for your feedback. Is my coworker able to contact the BurpSuite Support without licence key in his portswigger account ? If yes, will the BurpSuite Support treat his request like an user who have licence key ? In other words, is the support make differences between account with licence key and account without licence key ? Best regards
