Add the percent sign to the default Intruder URL encoding characters list

Thanks for your message. If you add % to Intruder -> Payloads -> Payload Encoding and restart Burp, are you still seeing the % listed? Are you looking to have this set as a default because you do change these settings and want an easy way to revert back to a setup that includes this?

Okay, I see it does get saved in that box; I can work with that. But I do think having the percent sign in there by default would be an improvement, since the goal is to URL-encode all special characters that need to be encoded.
