Add Intercept Indicator and Hotkey Options to Switch to Intercept Tab

Having hotkey options to switch to intercept tab is useful for streamlining workflow. Also adding simple indicator to show if the intercept is active is good quality-of-life feature to have.

And perhaps hotkeys for switching back to HTTP history tab too

If a request has been intercepted and you are not on the Proxy > Intercept tab, you should see the text on the proxy tab change colour. We do have a hotkey to take you back to the Proxy tab (Ctrl+Shift+P) by default. This will display whichever tab you were last using under the Proxy tool. You can then use Ctrl+Minus to go to the previous tab within the Proxy tab or Ctrl+Equals to go to the next tab within the Proxy tab. Would this help?
