Agreed, this would be a useful feature. We will implement this in a future version, although I can't give a precise timescale.

Thank you for your suggestion. We have the ability to set a maximum scan length on our roadmap but we don't have any timescales for this at the moment.

The stop scan feature should also be part of the Scheduling options. In some corporate environments we have specific time frames to perform the scans, so stopping automatically any scan that is still running, after the allotted time has expired, is very important.
