Activation License

I am unable to activate my license. Getting an error with Activation Failed "No more activations allowed for this license." Could you please support or clear the existing device?

Hi Ilham, You should now be able to activate Burp again using your license key.

I can confirm I had the same issue. I was using the EA release 2022.8. Once upgrading to EA 2022.9, I was prompted to re-input my license key. The key was rejected by Burp indicating it was not recognized. I regressed to 2022.8 and was able to license the install without issue.

Hi Jon, In Ilham's case the license being used had simply run out of activations so the two issues are slightly different. Are you able to send us an email to support@portswigger.net (if you have not done so already) and include the first six characters from the license key that you are using so that we can take a look at this for you?
