Activation failed with valid subscription

I have a Burp Suite Pro license, however I am now unable to install this license on any new burp installations (e.g. after reinstalling a new VM). I am only using this license for myself as a single user. Even after uninstalling Burp Suite Pro from an existing VM, I cannot reinstall it. I currently have only one Burp Suite Pro installation. May you please assist here? Thank you,

Thanks for your message. We understand the need for additional installations from time to time and have increased your activations so that you can install now. If you're still seeing issues, can you send an email to support@portswigger.net with details if any errors you are seeing and the first 10-15 characters of your license key, please?
