Activation failed with valid subscription

I have a Burp Suite Pro license, however I am now unable to install this license on any new burp installations (e.g. after reinstalling a new VM). I am only using this license for myself as a single user. Even after uninstalling Burp Suite Pro from an existing VM, I cannot reinstall it. I currently have only one Burp Suite Pro installation. May you please assist here? Thank you,

If you're still seeing issues, can you send an email to support@portswigger.net with details if any errors you are seeing and the first 10-15 characters of your license key, please?
