Activation Failed error

Hi, We bought the burpsuite professional since May 2022. We have purchased 3 units of license for 3-years (i.e. license expires on May 2025). We have been using the software without any issues until recently. When we try to use the burpsuite professional again recently, the software prompted us to enter the license key again. When we entered the license key and try to activate the license again, the burpsuite professional indicated "activation failed". Is there a need to regenerate another license key for burpsuite professional in order for us to use the software again?

Hi Jonathan, I have just responded to your other forum post about this but, for completeness, I will repeat the answer here: We have moved to a new mandatory system which means that you, as the account holder, need to invite all users to join your team - you will each then get your own new license key. Please be advised we have sent many advising you that the key would be cut off on 24th May in the hope that you would do this ahead of the current keys being disabled. You will need to carry out the following directions - Log into the PortSwigger account Click on the Invite Your Team located on the Burp Suite Professional subscription Invite your team members by adding the email addresses of each user Each of you will then get your own new license key to use.
