account information issue

I'm not enable to access my account information to get my license key. An error page appeared with message "An error occurred. We apologise for the inconvenience."

We are aware of an issue currently preventing some customers from logging into their PortSwigger account. Our team is currently investigating the root cause, and a fix will be in place as soon as possible. We'll aim to provide you with an update once this has been resolved.
