About Burp Scanner's scan patterns

I usually use Burp Suite Professional when performing vulnerability assessment work. I wanted to know what specific test patterns the Scanner has in order to identify the test patterns that it does not cover. I searched the Internet for information about the test patterns that Scanner has, but I couldn't find anything. Are the test patterns not publicly available? Thank you.
