2020.1 New Editor Modifies Binary Data Unexpectedly

Hi, I noticed that editing a file upload request in repeater modifies the content of the file. To reproduce the issue, intercept a file upload and send to repeater. Then add a character in the editor and delete any changes you have made before you submit the modified request. Once you submit it should have returned the request to its original state, but if you compare the new request with the old one you would notice that it is different.

I have fixed the issue by going to User Options -> Display -> Character Sets And then setting the radio button options to "Display as raw bytes".
