2 Factor Authentication - BurpSuite Enterprise Edition

We tried to perform DAST for application which support 2 factor authentication. There should be option where Analyst should able to enter value where ever manual intervention is required like Captcha or OTP which will help to proceed our scanning activity without any hurdles.

Burp Suite Enterprise is designed to be used to automatically scan sites at scale, where scans could be scheduled at any time of day or night rather than to test for vulnerabilities where manual intervention is required on the sites in question.
