Unable to login to my account

Hello everyone, so, Im logged in on the web security academy from my windows laptop and tried setting up a kali linux virtual machine, when i tried to log into my account from there it kept saying login failed, so i thought that PortSwigger doesn't allow 2 different login sessions at the same time, so i logged out of my account from the windows browser, and tried to login from the virtual machine, and it didn't work, i reset the password from within the virtual machine and used the new one, still says login failed, i created a new account (this one) from another email just to ask about this here, what did i do wrong? any advice? thanks in advance. best regards.
