my previous ID is defunct and I have a new ID. How do I register my new ID with the license?

If you email office@portswigger.net with your old email address, your new email address and the details of your license we can take a look and see if we can transfer it for you.

The issue is that we need to reset the single use license as the account on the windows server we used has become inaccessible.

We understand the need for additional installations from time to time and have increased your activations so that you can install now. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

We have two other users who are in the same situation as me- how can we remove the old licenses?

If they contact office@portswigger.net with the email addresses for the accounts that are linked to the licenses and an explanation of what you need/what's happened, they'll be able to take a look for you.

We have a 4 user license that isn't tied to an email address.

All licenses are linked to specific accounts, if you're not sure which one then if you have a copy of the license and can email us first 25 characters of it to office@portswigger.net, we should be able to help track it down for you.
