Login script recorded successfully but not working on reply

We record the Login script successfully but when trying to test using the 'Application Login' --> Use Recorded login sequence --> 'Reply' browser open URL hit and stuck on it and after some second black screen display on the embedded browser.

Hi Muhammad, Please send us an email on support@portswigger.net with the information below: - The login script (the JSON you are pasting into Burp) - Diagnostics (Help > Diagnostics) - A screen recording of the sequence replayed - Details of the site/application. If it is publically accessible, please provide the URL so that we can attempt to replicate your issue and investigate further - Do you see any errors in the Event log? If so, please share a screenshot of them too
