Grep - Extract

I am learning to use burp suite and am interested in gathering some information through the Intruder function. Once I have set up the payloads (numbers, with rule to upper case) I go into the intruder options and add grep - extract however I cannot locate all the information I need, i.e. the page details are not shown. Do you know why some information does not appear. The information I need on the web page is only shown if I click on a point, i.e. it is information contained in the drop-down Can anyone help me?
